What's in the pack

Single-use steam eye masks with ear loops, each sealed in its own sachet. Made in the same factory as our patches, same air-activated iron warmth, tuned lower for the eyes: about 40 °C for 20 minutes. Ingredients: iron powder, activated carbon, vermiculite, salt, water, cassia seed. Unscented.

How to use

Open the sachet, unfold, loops over your ears, lie back. It warms within a minute and cools on its own after about 20 minutes. Bin it after. Contact lenses out first. Not on broken skin, not for children, take it off if it ever feels too warm.

Is it the same thing as the patch?

Same chemistry, same factory, different job. The patch holds a steady warmth for hours on fabric. The mask runs lower, about 40 °C, for about 20 minutes, and sits on the skin over closed eyes. That lower, shorter heat is what makes skin contact fine here.

Does it help with period headaches?

We make no medical claims. People reach for a warm eye mask on headache days, screen-tired days and before sleep because it feels good and makes you stop for twenty minutes. If headaches are stopping your life, see a doctor.

Can I sleep in it?

You can lie down and drift off; it cools by itself after about 20 minutes. Take it off if it ever feels too warm. Not for children, not on broken or irritated skin.

Scented?

No. Unscented only, on purpose. Many people get scent-sensitive on their period.

What exactly arrives?

Honest answer: in this first run the masks ship in the maker's own retail box and printed sachets, 5 or 15 per order. Thalpea-printed packs come with the next production run. Same self-warming steam mask either way, unscented, with ear loops.
